A SELF-CATERING SEMI-DETACHED HOLIDAY VILLA LOCATED NEAR YALIKAVAK ON THE BODRUM PENINSULAR, MUGLA, TURKEY.

Beautiful sea, coastal and Greek island views.

ACCOMMODATION FOR 6 PEOPLE:

A self-catering holiday property rental which accommodates 6 people.  Spread over four levels, the villa includes an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area.  Shower bathroom.  Master double bedroom with access to it's own private balcony.  Second bedroom with full size bunk bed.  Separate twin bedded studio plus facilities with it's own shower bathroom and private 'lock up' entrance. Very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge providing either twin or double beds.   All linen and towels, hairdryer, steam iron/board provided. DVD and CD player via the television set.  A communal swimming pool (open May/September) is located just behind the villa. 

'Dolphin Bay View' is located on a quiet residential complex overlooking the Aegean sea.  However, supermarkets, banks, shops, cafes, restaurants, nightlife and a choice of beaches and local attractions are only minutes away by car, taxi or bus.

Tariff for 2010

£350.00 per week during June, July and August

£300.00 per week all other months

£50.00   per week discount for additional weeks                                  (e.g. £650 2 wks July)

A £50.00 damage waiver is an extra payment which is promptly refunded providing that our management agent finds that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition.

PRICES ARE FOR THE VILLA PER WEEK, NOT PER PERSON.        LATE BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO 7 DAYS NOTICE.

We accept credit or debit card payments via our Paypal account.  Bank cheques/drafts accepted.  

Please pay a 20% deposit when making your booking.  Balance to be paid at least three weeks before your departure.  We will also require an additional damage waiver of £50 which, is promptly refunded to you upon your return providing that the villa, it's contents and extras are all left in a satisfactory condition.  We do hope that we can be of service to you
